SEA CON Global was created in 1989 in order to provide a quality, low cost solution for the manufacture of underwater electrical connectors. As a result of continuous success, SEA CON Global has become the main rubber molded and composite connector manufacturer within the SEA CON® Group. Located in the Tijuana business district of Mexico, SEA CON Global Production has the capability to produce high volume, low cost quality connectors with very quick turnaround times. In addition, the specialized engineering and product development departments can design and produce special application connectors to meet individual requirements. SEA CON Global’s vast product range includes the original Marsh & Marine®, Rubber Molded and Glass Reinforced Epoxy (GRE) connectors, as well as the manufacture of the ALL-WET/ WET-CON, Micro WET-CON and latest ultra miniature connector range named HUMMER.
With actual capability to produce more than 13,000 rubber molded and composite connectors a shift per month and as our sales grow over time, SEA CON® Global can significantly increase its output. We are fully qualified to design, manufacture, test and certify all your underwater and environmental connector / cable systems.
Our connectors are widely used in different fields and applications:
- Offshore and Exploration-subsea control systems, ROV's, AUUV's, cathodic protection monitoring systems, etc.
- US and Foreign navies-transducers, sonars, surface and subsea noise detecting arrays, towed and wide aperture arrays, periscopes, etc.
- Commercial and Environmental-water monitoring systems, sewer inspection, sprinkler systems, outdoor/underwater TV and lights, tourist submersibles, fish locating and counting sonars, etc.
- Out fine line of underwater connectors can also be used in non-water applications such medical, aerospace and nuclear industries.
- We offer more than 1000 different products styles with specified diameters and pressure resistance ranges of up to 20,000 psi, all manufactured strictly within the SEA CON® standards.
